NEW DEAL WITH PINNACLE INCREASES RENTAL YIELDS07 December 2015

Mapeley has agreed a surrender and leaseback deal on 56 CTIL sites with Pinnacle Towers Limited. The contract, which lasts for 20 years, has resulted in an immediate rental increase and future increases in line with the retail price index.
