Our Asset Management team works alongside occupiers in the management of their real estate, devising and implementing comprehensive business plans for each asset.
We manage properties across the UK, including all the main asset types, and deal with high volumes of transactions for the portfolios under management.

Mapeley’s c£300 million nationwide portfolio, consisting of c.150 properties, gives us extensive knowledge and experience of the UK’s property development market. The geographical spread of our portfolio, with assets in most UK towns, provides us with outstanding market knowledge.
Mapeley established Cannon Capital Developments and has appointed it as development manager for its development sites. It is undertaking residential schemes using main contractors, as well as securing planning consent to enhance the value of our sites by repositioning them for residential and/or commercial use
Cannon have obtained consent for 1,680 units over 12 sites and are going to be making applications for a further 818 over 4 sites by the end of 2021.
From direct real estate investment to complex corporate situations, Mapeley’s creative, commercially driven approach makes us an ideal transaction or joint venture partner. We will consider investments in direct real estate (including alternative asset classes), asset backed operating companies, and participation in Joint Venture arrangements.
