Asset Management

Our Asset Management team works alongside occupiers in the management of their real estate, devising and implementing comprehensive business plans for each asset.

We manage properties across the UK, including all the main asset types, and deal with high volumes of transactions for the portfolios under management.

Development & Sales

Mapeley’s nationwide portfolio gives us extensive knowledge and experience of the UK’s property development market. The geographical spread of our portfolio, with assets in most UK towns, provides us with outstanding market knowledge.

Mapeley established Cannon Capital Developments and has appointed it as development manager for its development sites. It is undertaking residential schemes using main contractors, as well as securing planning consent to enhance the value of our sites by repositioning them for residential and/or commercial use
